When you create an account on Regemify, we collect your email address, username, and profile information. When you make a purchase or set up a seller account, payment information is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details directly. We also collect usage data such as listings viewed, searches, and messages to improve your experience.
We use your information to: operate and maintain the marketplace, process transactions, facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, send order updates and notifications, improve our services, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only as necessary: with Stripe for payment processing, with other users as part of marketplace functionality (e.g., your username and profile photo are visible to other users), and with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Your authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, and payments are processed through Stripe, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. We may use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your profile settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at support@regemify.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Regemify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
