What is Regemify?

Regemify is an online marketplace where people buy and sell crystals directly with one another. Sellers list their crystals with photos, descriptions, and prices; buyers browse listings, make offers, and purchase. Payments run securely through Stripe, and sellers ship items directly to buyers. You manage your own listings, and Regemify charges a 12% fee only when an item sells.

How do I sell a crystal?

Tap the Sell tab, connect your bank account through Stripe, then upload your photos, set your price, and publish. It takes just a couple of minutes. Delivery starts payout timing, and help requests pause payout while Regemify reviews the issue.

How much does it cost to sell?

Selling is simple: just a 12% fee per completed sale. No listing fees, no subscriptions. You only pay when your item sells. The 12% applies to the item price and shipping.

How do payments work?

Every payment runs through Stripe, the payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Regemify never sees or stores card numbers or bank details, and neither does the seller. Keep checkout and messages on Regemify so support can review the order record if something arrives damaged, missing, or not as described.

How does shipping work?

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their items. You set your own shipping cost when creating a listing, and the buyer pays this at checkout. All orders must include tracking to ensure safe delivery and secure payout.

Is Regemify available outside the US?

Not yet. Regemify is currently US-only: buyers need a US shipping address, and sellers need a US bank account to receive payouts. We hope to open up to more countries down the road, so stay tuned!

Are the crystals authentic?

Regemify is a peer-to-peer marketplace where sellers list their own pieces. We encourage clear photos and honest descriptions so you know exactly what you’re receiving. You can review seller ratings and message them directly with any questions before purchasing.

Can I make offers on listings?

Yes. Tap "Make offer" on any active listing. Sellers have 3 days to accept or decline before the offer expires. If your offer is accepted, pay from the listing; we ask buyers to pay within 48 hours so sellers can ship quickly.

What if I have a problem with my order?

You're covered by Regemify Protection. Message the seller through your inbox first if it's a small thing. If something's actually wrong — damaged, not as described, or it never arrived — open a help request from your Orders page within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right, including a refund where it's warranted. A real person reviews every case. (Requests stay eligible for up to 30 days after delivery.)

How do I change my email notifications?

Head to Settings → Alerts (regemify.com/settings/notifications). You'll see toggles for each type: Offers, Sales & shipping, Disputes & refunds, Reviews, Direct messages, and Social. Flip any of them off and you'll stop getting those emails. In-app items still appear in Activity or Messages, even if you turn the email off. Open Activity from the top bar or side menu.
