By accessing or using Regemify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Regemify is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Sellers must accurately describe their items, including any flaws or imperfections. All listed items must be genuine crystals, minerals, or related accessories. Counterfeit, misrepresented, or prohibited items are not allowed. Sellers are responsible for safe packaging and timely shipment of sold items.
Regemify charges a competitive platform fee on completed sales. Listing is free. Payments are processed through Stripe. Seller payouts are made directly to the bank account connected through Stripe. Buyers pay the listed price plus any shipping costs set by the seller.
Buyers may submit offers on listings. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter offers at their discretion. An accepted offer creates a binding agreement between the buyer and seller. The Platform facilitates but does not guarantee the completion of negotiated transactions.
Users may leave reviews for sellers. Reviews must be honest and based on actual transactions. Abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory content is prohibited and may be removed. Regemify reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Regemify is a marketplace platform and does not own, sell, or ship any items. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We do not guarantee that transactions will be completed or that items will match their descriptions. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties, though we may assist with mediation.
You may not: use the Platform for any illegal purpose, harass or abuse other users, create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or avoid bans, circumvent the Platform's payment system, scrape or automatically access the Platform, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed and pending transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
