How to buy on Regemify
Buying is free, browsing is open to everyone, and every order is protected from checkout to delivery. Here’s how it works.
Your money is held safely until delivery
When you pay, Stripe holds the money. The seller is paid only after your crystal is delivered. If it never ships, you get your money back. That’s the core promise of buying here.

Browse one-of-one pieces
Every crystal on Regemify is a unique piece from a real person’s collection. Listings include a scale photo (next to a hand, coin, or ruler), honest condition notes, and treatment status, so what arrives is what you saw.

Buy now or make an offer
See a price you like? Buy instantly. Want to negotiate? Send an offer with an optional message. Sellers have 48 hours to respond, and if they accept, you get a secure checkout link by email and in the app.

Pay through Stripe, always
Checkout is powered by Stripe, the payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details go to Stripe, never to Regemify and never to the seller. If anyone asks you to pay outside the site, decline and report it; outside payments have zero protection.

Your order ships with tracking
Sellers must ship within 5 business days and add a tracking number. No tracking, no payout for the seller. You get a shipping email with the tracking link the moment it’s on the way.

Delivery + your 48-hour window
Inspect your crystal when it arrives. If it shows up damaged or significantly not as described, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll step in. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Real people resolve problems
Every dispute is reviewed by a human, not a bot. Approved refunds are issued back to your card through Stripe, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
Keep it on Regemify
Messaging sellers with questions is encouraged; deals made outside the platform are not. The moment a payment happens off-site, tracking requirements, the 48-hour window, and human dispute review all disappear. Protection only covers orders paid through Regemify’s Stripe checkout.
