Your money is safe while your crystal is on its way. You can shop knowing that paying for a crystal doesn't mean waving goodbye to your money if something goes wrong.
You get 3 days to check your crystal. Once it's delivered, take your time to open the box and make sure it's the crystal you ordered and it arrived in good shape. We build in this window on purpose — so you're never rushed, and you can be sure everything's right before the sale is final.
If something's not right, we're here to help. If your crystal didn't arrive, isn't what was described, or showed up damaged, reach out and we'll help make it right (see "If something's wrong with your order").
