How to sell on Regemify

Listing a crystal takes about two minutes. This guide walks you through everything from setup to your first payout.

Simple seller fee: 12%

We charge a flat 12% on the item price and shipping when your piece sells. No listing fees, no subscriptions. You only pay when you make a sale.

Payouts run through Stripe, the payment platform behind millions of businesses. Your bank details live with Stripe, never on Regemify. Delivery starts payout timing, and payout is sent after Regemify’s review window and any open help requests are clear.

    Connect your bank

    Tap Sell, then complete a quick Stripe onboarding. Stripe handles your payouts directly to your bank account. This step takes ~2 minutes and is required before you can publish your first listing.

    Take great photos

    Use natural light. Include a main photo, a scale photo (next to a hand or coin), and a detail shot. If your piece has flaws, photograph them clearly; honest listings build trust.

    Set price + shipping

    Price each piece based on what you paid plus what feels fair. Set your exact shipping cost (we suggest USPS Ground Advantage for most pieces under 1 lb). Buyers pay shipping at checkout.

    Publish + share

    Once published, your listing goes live immediately. Share it on social to drive eyes to your shop. Sales notifications come through email and the app.

    Communicate clearly

    Buyers may message with questions before purchase. Respond quickly; fast sellers earn higher trust. Keep communication inside Regemify so support can review the order if something goes wrong.

    Ship + get paid

    After a sale, ship within 5 business days and add your tracking number. Delivery starts payout timing. Payout is sent after Regemify's review window and any open help requests are clear, minus our 12% platform fee on the item price and shipping.

Tracking is required

Sellers add tracking for Regemify orders. No tracking = no payout review. This helps support review the order if a package is lost in transit.
