Tracking your order
Follow your crystal's journey from the seller's door to yours in Orders.
Once a seller ships your crystal, you can watch it travel to you.
To track it:
- Open Orders (your filing cabinet).
- Find the crystal you're waiting on.
- See its latest tracking update — where it is and when it's expected.
You'll also get a heads-up in Activity when your order ships and when it's delivered, so you don't have to keep checking. Open Activity from Updates in the top bar or side menu.
Tracking not moving? It can take a day or two for the first scan after a seller ships. If it's stuck for a while, reach out (see "If something's wrong with your order").
