Radiating blades of soft blue Kyanite rise through a sparkling Quartz matrix, creating a dramatic natural display with beautiful texture and movement. The specimen has substantial presence at approximately 5.5 inches tall and 1.5 pounds, while the included stand allows it to be displayed immediately.
One of my favorite features of this piece is that it offers two distinctive display faces. One side showcases a broad sweep of tightly layered Kyanite blades, while the reverse reveals an intricate network of intersecting crystals woven throughout the Quartz matrix. Each angle brings out something different, from the variation in blue tones to the contrast of the white Quartz and small natural mineral inclusions.
The photos were taken from several angles to show the specimen as fully as possible. The display stand shown is included.
