Getting paid
Regemify releases your money 5 days after delivery is confirmed.
Seller payouts run through Stripe.
Regemify holds the money for 5 days after delivery. The clock starts when the carrier confirms delivery, not when you post the parcel and not when you tap anything. If a buyer has an open refund or help request, the money stays put until that is settled.
How much lands: the item price plus the shipping the buyer paid, minus Regemify's 12% fee, minus any refund already issued on that order, minus any shipping label Regemify paid for. See Seller fees for a worked example.
Where to check: open the order in Orders. You will see one of these:
- Payout released. Your money is on its way.
- Payout release is processing. In progress right now.
- Payout release is pending. Waiting for the hold to finish.
- Payout is on hold for review. Something needs a look, usually an open refund or help request.
- Payout closed. Nothing is owed on this order, normally because it was refunded in full.
- Payout timing is temporarily unavailable. A display hiccup on our side, not a problem with your money. Check back shortly.
Orders placed before 8 July 2026 keep the older 7-day hold instead of 5.
Ship promptly with tracking so delivery can be confirmed. Without a carrier scan there is no confirmed delivery, and without that the clock never starts. See Shipping your sold crystal.
