Responding to offers you receive
As a seller, accept or decline offers right from Activity.
When someone makes an offer on your crystal, you decide what happens next.
Where to find offers: in Activity — open it from Updates in the top bar or side menu. Offers show up under Needs attention and in the Offers section.
Your choices:
- Accept — you're happy with the price. The buyer is then asked to pay from
the accepted offer.
- Decline — the price isn't right for you. The buyer is simply let know; no
hard feelings.
Good to know: offers are non-binding for the buyer until they pay, so it's normal for an accepted offer to take a little time to be paid. You'll see the status — waiting for payment, or paid — right in Activity.
Want to talk it over first? You and the buyer can chat in Messages — but the actual accept or decline happens in Activity.
